The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
The product must be unused and intact with tags.
If any of our Product failed to meet the quality parameter, such as:

Product Major Defects
Size or, fitting issue
If delivers the wrong items to the customer
Product Lost during shipment
If any technical error occurred – Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction.
Within 02 days of purchase date.
Also please note that
Customer need to send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that customer used during return process.
Footwear/Bag/Jewelry/Accessories – can be exchanged only in case of Products is damaged or defective and definitely had to check out in front of delivery person.
After receiving the Product,Nasiba Silk has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange.
As per policy, all the refunds of cancel or returned order will be paid within four(4) official days.
